What’s worse than a drunk monkey? A drunk monkey with a knife!
According to theguardian.com, a monkey who they are calling “Furious George” had a little too much to drink and exhibited quite unacceptable behavior at one Brazillian bar.
They say the capuchin monkey took a few samples of alcohol from patrons’ glasses, picked up a knife and chased them around the bar.
This happened in Paraiba, Brazil.
The local fire department captured the monkey and it has been released into a nearby environmental reserve. But he got into a little trouble there too.
He was apparently “causing problems and threatening children living in the area.”
