Virginia Beach, Va. - The Virginia Beach School of the Arts is launching a new Kindergarten program that focuses on teaching through singing, music and art.
It's the first Kindergarten program of its kind in Virginia.
The school currently has a program for toddlers that focuses on the same principles. The children learn presidents, states and capitals and even the periodic table through music, sign language and visual elements.
