Clean up begins after 500 gallons of paint dumped in Chesapeake

Chesapeake, Va. – Crews have been called to clean up after around 500 gallons of paint were dumped in the South Hill section of the city.
A person was caught emptying metal paint cans in a lot.
According to the fire department, some of the paint ran into ditches and may have gone into storm drains.
Charges are pending.
