First Warning Storm Team: Tracking much warmer weather for the work week

Posted

Tracking much warmer weather for the work week….Get ready for a big warm up over the next several days. But first, for this Sunday, expect a cool day. High temperatures will climb into the upper 40s and lower 50s. We’ll be under partly sunny skies. A few isolated showers are possible, but overall, most of us will be dry today. Skies will gradually clear through the day, giving way to mostly clear skies tonight with overnight lows in the low and mid 30s.

Then, for the work week, we’re going to see a nice warm up as high pressure settles offshore. Southerly breezes will boost our highs in the lower 60s on Monday. High temperatures will soar into the 70s from Tuesday through Thursday.  We’re expecting plenty of sunshine for most of the work week, too. However, a few showers are possible late next Friday into Saturday.

Today: Partly Sunny. A Few Isolated Showers Possible (20%). High temperatures in the upper 40s and lower 50s. Winds: NE 5-10 mph.

Tonight: Mostly Clear and Cold. Overnight low temperatures in the low and mid 30s. Winds: NE 5-10 mph.

Tomorrow: Mostly Sunny and Warmer. High temperatures in the lower 60s. Winds: SW 5-10 mph.
