Meteorologist Myles Henderson’s First Warning Forecast
Warm and windy…. Today could be record setting. We will warm to near 80 again this afternoon, about 25 degrees above normal for this time of year and near daily record highs. Expect a nice mix of sun and clouds but it will be windy with SW winds at 10 to 20 mph. More clouds will build in for Friday with isolated showers possible. As winds shift to the north, our highs will slip to near 70. We will keep the clouds and isolated showers for Saturday but rain chances will go up for Sunday. Temperatures will be a bit cooler (but still above normal) for the weekend with highs in the mid to upper 60s.
