Five Hampton Roads residents arrested for shipping meth by mail

Virginia Beach, Va. – Five Hampton Roads residents are accused of shipping meth by mail.

Authorities arrested Frank Wayne Good, Russell Waggoner, David Wall, Dawn Tharrington and Dominic Scott Monday during a raid on a Chesapeake home.

According to court documents, the group is accused of shipping meth from Arizona to Virginia Beach where the drugs were distributed to residents.

Four of the accused suspects have pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Frank Good, David Wall, Dawn Tharrington, and Dominic King pleaded not guilty.
