It was a scary moment for two children who became trapped inside a well in Maryland this weekend.
Police say 11-year-old boys were jumping on a mulched area that was once a well.
The ground soon gave way and collapsed underneath of them.
One of the boys was able to climb out, but the other was trapped about 30-feet down until emergency crews were able to get him out.
The rescue took about 45 minutes. Medics were concerned that because of the weather the children had developed hypothermia.
They were both taken to the hospital in serious but stable condition.
