Norfolk, Va. – Two Hampton Roads Police Officers were caught in the act…of helping out the homeless!
Two citizens posted pictures on Facebook of the officers going beyond the badge.
The Norfolk Police Department received a message about an officer giving a homeless man food and water. The officer also offered the man a ride to the shelter.
Less than an hour later, a citizen posted a picture of a Virginia Beach Police Officer giving a homeless woman a brand new pair of boots. “He even got down on his knees and helped her lace them up and everything,” the poster said.
