Suffolk, Va. – Police responded to a minor crash involving a Suffolk Public School bus and a passenger van in the 5600 block of Godwin Boulevard.
Emergency communications received a call Monday afternoon about an accident involving a bus taking students from King’s Fork High School.
Police say the driver of the van hit the back of the bus. The nine students that were on board the bus were picked up by another bus and taken home.
There were no reported injuries.
The driver of the passenger van was issued a summons for following too closely.
