NORFOLK, Va. – A man who had been missing since Friday afternoon was reunited with his family Tuesday night.
James David Dail, who suffers with dementia, was last seen walking away from his Norfolk home around 12 p.m. Friday.
According to police, around 9 p.m. Tuesday, Dail found his way to his brother’s home.
Police are following up to ensure Dail receives a medical evaluation and thank the public for their help and tips.
