NORFOLK, Va. - Police responded to a man with a gunshot wound in his lower leg Tuesday evening.
Dispatch received a call just before 10:30 p.m. about gunshots heard near Mariners Watch Apartments.
Police found the victim, a 23-year-old man, at a location near a basketball court.
Authorities could not confirm his condition at this time.
