Missing Middlesex Co. children found safe

MIDDLESEX COUNTY, Va. – Three young children who were reported missing from Middlesex County and believed to be in danger have been safely recovered, Virginia State Police confirmed Tuesday morning.

The Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office and Virginia State Police issued an alert for the missing children Monday night after a court ordered them removed from their parents.

Virginia State Police say the children were safely recovered and returned to police overnight.

No additional information has been released at this time.

Police were looking for 6-month-old Daisy Foster, 15 pounds with blue eyes; one-year-old Lily Foster, 20 pounds with blue eyes; and six-year-old Branson Horton, who is described as 3’3″ tall and weighing around 30 pounds.

The children were believed to be in danger and were last seen at 2737 Grey’s Point Road in Topping, Virginia.
