NORFOLK, Va. – May 4th was May the 4th Be With You, May 5th was Revenge of the Fifth! To celebrate, FestEvents planned on hosting their annual lightsaber battle but due to inclement weather, the battle has been postponed. The new date has not been announced.
Whether you align with the light side or the dark side, you will have a chance to duel.
Highlights of the event will include Yoga with Yoda, a lightsaber demonstration with the Tidewater Alliance Lightsaber Academy, and Imperial coloring station for the little Jedi.
Coordinated by Urban Playground and Alchemy NFK, the event is the sixth of its kind and was scheduled to be held in conjunction with Puppy de Mayo.
