NORFOLK, Va. - U.S. Coast Guard Lt. Cdr. Krystyn Pecora gave a press conference Thursday afternoon after a Coast Guard crew from Coast Guard Air Station Elizabeth City rescued four Navy pilots involved in a crash in the waters off of North Carolina's coast.
