York Co., Va – A Tabb Middle School student was seen walking down Highway 134 yesterday after missing his school bus.
Once bus driver Billie Brewer saw him on the busy roadway, she picked him up making sure he got to school safely.
Officials say bus drivers are advised to pick up students, even if they see them walking outside of regular route times.
