PORTSMOUTH, Va. – “Weird Al” Yankovic performed at the Portsmouth Pavilion on Tuesday, June 21 at 8 p.m.

The Grammy-winning parody artist is performing “The Mandatory World Tour” all over the United States this summer. The tour is named after his latest album, Mandatory Fun.

Yankovic changed costumes throughout the show. Videos featuring and referencing Weird Al played in between songs.

Some attendees wore red berets, relating to Mandatory Fun’s military theme. Others in the audience wore tin foil hats relating to his song “Foil,” a parody of the song “Royals” by Lorde.
