A 10-year-old kidnapped at gunpoint from a Dallas home has been found safe, according to the Dallas Police Department.
Police say a citizen spotted Nicholas Fierros and called 911 at around 7:15 p.m.
Police say he was at a family member’s home in Dallas when three men forced their way in and demanded money.
When Nicholas’ relative told the robbers there was no money, the men restrained her then tied up Nicholas and took him.
According to police, two other children hid in the home at the time of the robbery. One of the children called 911.
The three gunmen are still on the loose.
