NORFOLK, Va. - Two local songwriters will get their settlement hearing Wednesday in Norfolk Federal Court.
Attorneys from all parties are scheduled to meet in hopes of making an agreement.
The artists, Devin Copeland and Mareio Overton, filed a lawsuit claiming Justin Bieber and Usher took their concept for the song "Somebody to Love."
In the original filing, Bieber, Usher and 20 other defendants were named in the Copyright lawsuit.
