Slover Library
NORFOLK, Va. – The Slover Library Foundation announced the retirement of Harry T. Lester as president on Wednesday.
Norfolk Mayor, Paul Fraim will be replacing Lester as president effective July 1.
Fraim has been Norfolk’s mayor for over two decades and announced in October that he would not seek re-election.
Fraim is currently the chairman of the Slover Library Foundation Board.
