VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The winner of the car from the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway picked up her new wheels Friday.
Victoria Bea of Virginia Beach won a 2016 Chrysler 200 Limited Sedan, sponsored by Hall Automotive and Southern Bank.
Bea said she normally never plays in raffles, but this one made her pleasantly surprised.
