VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – A water main break has left many residents in a Virginia Beach neighborhood without water Wednesday morning.
The break occurred at River Rock Arch and Rock Lake Loop around 2:30 a.m.
Utility crews are currently working to fix the break and expect it to be repaired by 10 a.m. They have yet to determine what caused the break.
