VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Deputies in Portsmouth have arrested a woman wanted by Virginia Beach police for grand larceny.
Vercenia Mackey, 49, was wanted for grand larceny, conspiracy, possession of burglary tools and disturbing the peace.
According to police, a viewer saw Mackey on News3’s ‘Taking Action Against Crime’ segment and called Crime Line with a tip.
Deputies with the Portsmouth Sheriff’s Dept. arrested Mackey and took her to the Portsmouth Jail.
