Citizens can attend the event, which is presented by the police department, on August 24 at the McDonald’s on 400 South Battlefield Boulevard.

“The mission of Coffee with a Cop is to break down barriers between police officers and the citizens they serve,” said a Chesapeake Police spokesperson. “By removing agendas and allowing opportunities to ask questions, voice concerns and get to know the officers in your neighborhood.”
