Overnight, expect dry conditions under mostly clear skies. Lows in the low to mid 70s.
Our next chance for showers and storms is Sunday. A cold front will cross the region late Sunday into Sunday night. The best chance for showers and storms will be Sunday afternoon and evening. Heavy rain is possible with these storms. Highs will be in the upper 80s to lower 90s.
Monday will be drier with a lingering shower in the morning, with drier conditions as the day progresses.
High pressure will build in Monday through Wednesday giving way to mostly dry conditions and comfortable humidity and temperatures.

Tropical Update
Tropical Storm Fiona continues moving northwest over the open central Atlantic. Fiona is moving NW at 15 mph. A west-northwestward motion at a similar forward speed is expected during the next couple of days.

We are also watching a tropical wave located near the coast of western Africa. The system continues to produce a large area of cloudiness and thunderstorms. The tropical wave is expected to move offshore tonight and environmental conditions appear conducive for gradual development. This system is likely to become a tropical depression by mid-week. It moves west-northwestward over the eastern tropical Atlantic Ocean.

We also are keeping an eye on another tropical wave that is moving off the coast of Senegal in western Africa. Environmetal conditions appear conducive for gradual development, and a tropical depression is likely to form in a few days while the system moves westward and then northwestward over the Atlantic.
