Virginia Beach, Va. - The 54th annual East Coast Surfing Championship is going to bring a lot of traffic to the Oceanfront for the next week. On Sunday, it kicked off with the Quiksilver Super Grom's at Grommet Island. Kids from five years old and up ripped the waves and put smiles on the faces of their families and themselves.
