VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - A vehicle ran into a fence, sending one person to the hospital Tuesday night, according to Virginia Beach Police dispatch.
One person was transported with non-life threatening injuries.
The incident happened in the 300 block of Newtown Road.
The back tire started to catch fire, according to a neighbor.
It's not clear what caused the crash.
