Companies have been trying to get employees to save more in their 401K plans.
In a recent study by asset management firm T. Rowe Price, it was found that almost a third of the employers surveyed had automatically enrolled workers at the 6% savings rate in the plan.
That's way up from the 17% of companies that set the default rate at 6% back in 2011.
