Ashburn, Va. – The Redskins made many tough decisions Saturday morning. The team had to trim the roser down to the final 53 men who will take the field next Monday when they host the Pittsburgh Steelers. Former Norfolk State linebacker Lynden Trail was one of the first cuts Saturday morning.
Trail was a practice squad member last season and is still a possibility for that designation.
Although he had a big preseason finale in Tampa Bay, Mack Brown was one of the players also waived. Former UVA recier T.J. Thorpe was also cut.
