Taking Action Against Crime: Chesapeake police looking for Darius James

CHESAPEAKE, Va. - Police in Chesapeake need your help to find a wanted suspect.

They're looking for Darius James, 28.

According to police, an officer attempted to pull him over on July 31, but James took off.  Police say there appeared to be an 8-year-old child in the car with him.  Officers say they chased after him but eventually terminated the chase because they were worried about the safety of the child in the car.

James is wanted for eluding and reckless endangerment of a child.
