CHESAPEAKE, Va. – A man was shot in his leg Friday evening, according to Chesapeake Police.
Around 10 p.m., police responded to the 2000 block of Christian Avenue after a 56-year-old had been shot.
The victim says he doesn’t know who shot him. The suspect ran away before police arrived.
The victim was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for what appears to be non-life threatening injuries.
