Two men injured in Hampton shooting

HAMPTON, Va. - Two men were taken to the hospital after a shooting in the 300 block of Webster Street.

The call came in on Sunday at 1:31 p.m.

When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from a single gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

While officers were responding to the call, a victim arrived at the Sentara Careplex. He is being treated for life threatening injuries.

According to police, both men were shot in the 300 block of Webster Street.

Police are investigating the motive and additional circumstances of the incident.

There is no suspect information at this time.
