It’s only the second episode of Survivor: Millennials Vs. Gen X and the show already had it’s first medical emergency of the season.
51-year-old Paul Wachter’s hand went numb and he laid down as the other castaways gathered.
Show crew called in one of this season’s doctors, Dr. Joe, to assess Paul. Jeff Probst also came to the camp.
Dr. Joe determined Paul was suffering from heat exhaustion and dehydration and ruled that he would be allowed to remain in the game.
Twitter users expressed their concern for Paul but some also wondered if he faked it.
