VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Police responded to a firearms violation case Monday night that turned into a barricade situation.
At 6:50 p.m. emergency communications received a call for a firearms violation case in the 900 block of Atlantic Ave.
The scene turned into a barricade situation.
The suspect has been taken into custody and all roadways that were previously closed have been opened.
The investigation is ongoing.
