Suffolk man wins $500K from non-winning Virginia Lottery scratcher

SUFFOLK, Va. – A Suffolk man is now $500,000 richer thanks to a Virginia Lottery scratcher — and it wasn’t even a winning ticket!

Greg Jarrett entered his non-winning ticket into the eXTRA Chances promotion on the Virginia Lottery’s website and his ticket was drawn from more than 4.8 million entries!

Jarrett won the $500,000 top prize in the October 5 eXTRA Chances drawing.

With eXTRA Chances, players have a chance to win each day with hundreds of instant-win cash prizes, ranging from $25 to $100. Just enter any non-winning Scratcher with the eXTRA Chances logo for your chance to win one of these great cash prizes!
