Man accused of stabbing older brother in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va. – A 19-year-old man has been charged with malicious wounding after police found his brother stabbed Wednesday afternoon.

Officers responded to the 2400 block of Middle Avenue after receiving a call about a stabbing.

Police say the man stabbed his 26-year-old brother during an argument.

When police arrived, they found the victim with multiple stab wounds. He was seriously injured, but is expected to be okay.

Stefan Freeman, 19, was taken into custody at the scene. He is being held in Norfolk City Jail with no bond.
