Burn off those Halloween treats with a Candy Crusher workout

NORFOLK, Va. – It’s okay to enjoy some Halloween candy! But it’s nice to know just how many calories are in your favorite treats so you know how much you’re eating.

We’re calculating how many calories are in some of the most popular Halloween candies and giving you a workout you can do to burn them off. Trainers Kristi and Chris from One Life Fitness in Norfolk are breaking down exactly what you need to know.

Five mini Reese cups are 220 calories and 19 pieces of candy corn are 170 calories. We hoped on the stairmaster and Jacob’s ladder to work them off!

How about Snickers? Two fun size bars are about 160 calories and two fun size butterfingers are close with 170 calories. Try some body weight workouts to burn these off.

A fun size pack of Sour Patch Kids is about 210 calories and two fun size Twix bars are 160. We headed to the rowing machine and hit the weights to make up for these sweets!
