Playing “Parade Charades” to get ready for Saturday on Coast Live

NORFOLK, Va. - The 32nd Grand Illumination parade is Saturday, November 19th at 7pm.  The Downtown Norfolk Council has brought Cool Jack on Coast Live to play a game to help us get ready for the the annual tradition.
