NORFOLK, Va. - A man is in custody after Norfolk Police say he barricaded inside of his home at Breezy Point Apartments Saturday.
The complex is located in the 8600 block of Glen Myrtle Avenue.
According to Norfolk Police spokesperson Daniel Hudson, family members called police saying the man was pointing a gun at them. Once officers arrived, the man barricaded himself inside.
The barricade situation came to a peaceful ending just after 8:30 P.M.
No injuries were reported and the suspect is in custody.
