HAMPTON ROADS, Va. - American Express says we’re expected to shell out $908 for the holidays. That’s 8% more than last year. And about a third of that will go for electronics. The race starts the day after Thanksgiving, when at least half of us are planning to shop -- from Black Monday through Cyber Monday.
