HAMPTON, Va. – A Hampton school bus was involved in an crash in the 2000 block of West Mercury Boulevard, according to police dispatch.
The call came in at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.
A Hampton Public Schools spokesperson says there were seven students were on the bus at the time.
Dispatchers originally said non-life threatening injuries were reported, but a school spokesperson later said no injuries have been reported. Police confirm that no students were injured.
Police are still trying to determine who is at fault.
Earlier Tuesday afternoon, a Chesapeake school bus was involved in a crash on Taylor Road and Greendell Road. Police say there were 13 children on the bus, which was leaving from Western Branch Primary School. No injuries were reported.
