NORFOLK, Va. – A young boy’s day was made after Norfolk Officer Bissett gave him a Norfolk Police Department patch.
“To wear this, you gotta do well in school, listen at home, stay out of trouble and keep liking me,” Officer Bissett said.
“Yeah!” the boy shouted.
The boy, now a “Junior Officer,” was given the patch at a Coffee with a Cop event at East Princess Anne Road.
