Louis McMiller
NORFOLK, Va. – Louis McMiller was sentenced to 10 years in prison Monday for the death of a 21-year-old.
Police say he killed Michael Clemons in the 900 block of Holt Street on July 15, 2015.
McMiller was charged with Second Degree Murder and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony.
He was sentences to 10 years in prison with four years and four months suspended.
McMiller must serve at least five years and eight months in prison.
