PORTSMOUTH, Va. – A hit and run incident damaged a power pole in the 3600 block of High Street early Monday morning and caused power outages in the area.
Portsmouth Police tweeted about the incident around 6:30 a.m.
Just over 100 customers were without power in the area as a result of the incident. However, power has been restored to all areas at this time.
