PORTSMOUTH, Va. – A Shoe City store in Portsmouth is giving away 200 pairs of shoes on Tuesday.
The giveaway is being held at Brighton Elementary School from 4 – 7 p.m.
Shoe City is giving away New Balance shoes to kids in need and will also be giving away shoes for infants, women, and men.
The event will have a live DJ, food and drinks, and games.
