NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – Police say a man is suffering life-threatening injuries after a shooting on Friday.
The incident happened in the 1000 block of 30th Street shortly before 3:30 p.m.
When police arrived they found a 43-year-old man with a wound to the side of his chest.
Police are actively investigating the incident.
No other information is available at this time.
