HAMPTON, Va. – Officers were called to the 400 block of Smiley Road shortly before Noon in reference to a domestic disturbance.
Upon arrival, officers attempted to make contact with the people inside the home where the domestic disturbance was reported but were unsuccessful.
Police established a perimeter around the home but after further investigation, determined no crime had occurred.
The scene has been cleared.
