NORFOLK, Va. – Crews have successfully secured a water main break in the Chesterfield Heights neighborhood of Norfolk.
The 20-inch break was reported to Norfolk Public Utilities early Tuesday morning.
Water flowed from the break for several hours, flooding Norchester Avenue and Victoria Avenue.
There are approximately 10 homes without water on Norchester Avenue as crews work to repair the break.
