NORFOLK, Va. – Police are at the scene after a car ran over train tracks on Thursday.
Around 3:30 p.m. Norfolk Police tweeted that there are delays in the 600 block of Terminal Blvd., eastbound.
The delays are because of a vehicle crash.
There were no injuries reported in the incident, according to police.
There is no information available on what caused the crash.
