NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – A man wanted for a rape that happened in Richmond was arrested by U.S. Marshals and Newport News Police.
Defrederick Young Jr., 35, was arrested around 5 p.m. on June 12 in the 600 block of 46th Street in Newport News.
Young was on the run for almost a full year.
