Ralph Northam talks about the issues as Election Day nears

On November 7, Virginians will go to the polls to elect a Governor, Lieutenant Governor and Attorney General.

The election will be closely watched across the country with only Virginia and New Jersey holding statewide races.

On Tuesday, the Democratic candidate for Governor, Ralph Northam, stopped by the News 3's studios for a wide-ranging discussion on the issues.
